Marsha Stanzel has recently joined the Sales Office of Grande Dunes Properties located in the Grande- Dunes Development in Myrtle Beach. Marsha will be selling On-site while continuing to pursue General Brokerage Real Estate in South and North Carolina .
Marsha brings over 29 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing and a Realtor since 1980. Prior to relocating to Myrtle Beach in 1991, she was a top sales agent in Killington, Vermont.
As a former teacher she understands the importance of continuing education and has been diligent in obtaining the following designations GRI, ABR, CBR,,, is e-Certified and a Fine Home Specialist. She presently holds South Carolina & North Carolina Real Estate Broker licenses and successfully worked with Buyers and Sellers in both states for over 15 years.
Marsha’s strong work ethics, knowledge of the area and continual customer/client service have helped create a large and active referral base. Knowing people are satisfied and continue to refer friends and family to her is one of the greatest compliments an agent can receive.
