Derby Day Returns to Grande Dunes

And they’re off! Are you looking for a special way to celebrate the Kentucky Derby? Grande Dunes is hosting their annual Derby Day event on Saturday, May 4th, from 4-7pm at Marina Park. This is the next event in our year-long 20th anniversary celebration, and as such, we’ve ensured that this year’s Derby Day is unlike any other.
Derby Day is an adult-only event, featuring a beer and wine tent, live music and a live broadcast of the race. There will also be a contest for best derby-inspired attire, so be sure to dress in your derby best as we all watch the Run for the Roses! You’ll have a chance to meet fellow derby lovers, enjoy delicious food and experience the fun of Grande Dunes. Derby Day is a huge favorite throughout the Grande Dunes community, and we hope to see you there.
This will be a ticketed event, proceeds benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Horry County and Coastal Carolina Sertoma Club. Tickets are $85 per person or $150 per couple.
