Two Custom Built Waterside Point Model Homes are Introduced to the Public During a Special Two Day Event Hosted by Grande Dunes Properties
Myrtle Beach, S.C., May 31 – Grande Dunes Properties, a full-service brokerage firm focused on selling Grande Dunes, a 2,200-acre master-planned community, introduced two new Waterside Pointe model homes during an event on April 26 and April 27, 2019. Waterside Pointe is an active-adult neighborhood located along the Intracoastal Waterway within the Grande Dunes community of Del Webb Grande Dunes.
On Friday, April 26th a private event was held exclusively for previous clients of Grande Dunes Properties and two of the areas’ premier custom home builders: the Carrell Group and Nations Homes II. More than 200 people enjoyed the invitation-only evening browsing the new Lowcountry style model homes, grazing on delicious food from Croissants Bakery and Bistro located at Grande Dunes, and enjoying specialty beverages while listening to live music. Representatives from The Carrell Group and Nations Homes II were on hand to answer questions and offer insight about their custom homes.
The event continued on Saturday, April 27th with a daylong event, which was open to the public. More than 200 people attended to learn about the new Waterside Pointe neighborhood and the walked through the custom-built model homes. Live entertainment kept the festive atmosphere going along with fresh danishes, crepes, juices and coffees, which were provided by Croissants Bakery and Bistro. Jeff Skelley with Nations Homes greeted guests from 11:00 AM to Noon and Bruce Carrell with The Carrell Group met with guests from Noon to 1:00 PM.
The Waterside Pointe neighborhood is located within the Del Webb homeowners association, which gives owners full access to the fabulous amenity package for which Del Webb is known. Each builder offers four approved floorplans that will fit on any homesite, or they can completely customize any home. Waterside Pointe is located off 62nd Avenue extension and Marina Parkway within the Grande Dunes community.
Nations Homes II and The Carrell Group are the approved builders for Waterside Pointe and each offers a model home that is open daily.
