Grande Dunes Properties Real Estate Company is expanding our sales team with a limited number of open positions.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience along with a history of above-average production. Additionally, a high level of importance will be placed on organizational skills, an understanding of generating leads and being highly coachable. The role will be required to work within a chosen CRM program and establish reporting to the Broker-in-Charge. This position will join an already successful team that works with both real estate buyers and sellers for the whole Grand Strand.
Model staffing and floor duty will be optional for the first few agents placed on the team.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss their history of success in their current field of sales along with current goals and plans of action.
