New Plans Unveiled for The Cape at Grande Dunes

August 1, 2019, Myrtle Beach, SC- Coastal Land & Development, LLC and Traditional Homebuilders Inc. are pleased to announce The Cape at Grande Dunes, a new neighborhood of single-family homes within the area’s premier community of Grande Dunes. Development is to begin September 2019, with sales and reservations happening now.

Initially, seven plans of 3 bedrooms and 2.5-bathrooms with attached 2-car garages will be offered. Plans will range from 1,850-2,350 heated square feet. Home prices will begin in the $470s and will allow for numerous options with customization encouraged.
