New Plans Unveiled for The Cape at Grande Dunes
August 1, 2019, Myrtle Beach, SC- Coastal Land & Development, LLC and Traditional Homebuilders Inc. are pleased to announce The Cape at Grande Dunes, a new neighborhood of single-family homes within the area’s premier community of Grande Dunes. Development is to begin September 2019, with sales and reservations happening now.
The Cape is located north of 82nd Parkway at the corner of Grande Dunes Boulevard and Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, just blocks from the Atlantic Ocean beaches, medical facilities, dining and shopping.
“The fantastic location and exceptional amenities of Grande Dunes make this a wonderful opportunity for all,” states Charles Flynn, Manager of Coastal Land & Development, a local land development company. “Partnering with Traditional Homebuilders was an easy decision. They have created a desired and wonderful neighborhood right next door, Cipriana Park, where they provided excellent quality and incredible customer satisfaction.”
The Cape will feature 57 single-family homes showcasing full-brick exteriors. A fully furnished model home will be available to tour in June 2020. Initially, seven plans of 3 bedrooms and 2.5-bathrooms with attached 2-car garages will be offered. Plans will range from 1,850-2,350 heated square feet. Home prices will begin in the $470s and will allow for numerous options with customization encouraged.
“It’s what’s inside that counts – That is our mantra in our company, and we take pride in our craftsmanship and our reputation for delivering homes that are trouble-free from the start,” says Warren Smith, vice president of Traditional Homebuilders.
As part of Grande Dunes, The Cape residents will enjoy membership in the 25,000 square-foot private Ocean Club, located on the Atlantic Ocean. Members enjoy many benefits including dinner service and resident clubs and activities that are organized by an on-site lifestyle director. In addition, membership opportunities are available at the Members Club, an 18-hole golf and country club, as well as the Grande Dunes Tennis and Fitness Club. Grande Dunes offers a private marina with dining facilities along the Intracoastal Waterway.
“Grande Dunes is a resort lifestyle that offers many amenities to its residents including shopping and dining. There is nothing like this in Myrtle Beach, and I would encourage everyone to see what life is like here,” said Margaret LaCalle, Division President for LStar Ventures.
