Grande Dunes, a master-planned community based in Myrtle Beach has announced custom homebuilder The Carrell Group will build a new model home in their premier community, Members Club Enclave.

The Carrell Group joins AR Homes as a Preferred Builder for the Members Club Enclave neighborhood. Preceded by AR Homes’ model home, the planned architectural style is considered “Modern Mediterranean,” featuring classical designs blended with new home features.

The Carrell Group begins building in Members Club Enclave with long-standing success throughout Grande Dunes, including the new Waterside Pointe, an Active Adult neighborhood in Grande Dunes’ Marina Village.

“We are thrilled to have The Carrell Group build in Members Club Enclave. This partnership allows us to offer even more variety and options to homeowners looking to build their dream home in this exceptional neighborhood,” said Margaret LaCalle, President, Grande Dunes and Grande Dunes North

Members Club Enclave Custom Homesites start in the $150s while Home and Land Packages start in the $600s. There is no time limit to build for homeowners. Residents have access to Grande Dunes amenities including the Ocean Club, Golf Club, Tennis Club, fitness center and more. The Members Club is within walking distance of the community. Prospects are encouraged to visit the Grande Dunes Sales & Information Center located in the Grande Dunes Marketplace for more information about this community and other Grande Dunes neighborhoods.

About Grande Dunes
Grande Dunes is a 2,600-acre master-planned community located in both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, SC. Upon completion, the community will have approximately 5,000 single-family homes, villas, homesites and 2 million square feet of retail and commercial properties. Grande Dunes stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the west of the Intracoastal Waterway, and from Water Tower Road to Grissom Parkway. Homes start from the low $200,000s to over a million dollars.

Adding to the value of the community is a range of private and public club amenities including the semi-private Members Club and golf courses, including an 18–hole Nick Price/Craig Schreiner designed championship course. The private 25,000 square foot Ocean Club and resort-style pool offer beach access to the Atlantic Ocean. Grande Dunes Tennis Center offers 10 Har-Tru clay courts that are nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway is the 126-slip Marina at Grande Dunes and the popular Anchor Café. At the southern edge of the community is the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA. The community also features a 3.5-mile walking trail by the Intracoastal Waterway, which, at full build-out, will start from the YMCA to the Marina. The first phase is now open.
