Benvenuto to the latest in luxury living: Villa Venezia.
Benvenuto! That’s how you say “welcome” in Italian, and it’s certainly appropriate as Grande Dunes has thrown not one, but three events to introduce the world to the new Villa Venezia Model Home.
La Vita Bella. The good life lasted all weekend long.
There is much excitement surrounding the Grand Opening of the Villa Venezia model at Grande Dunes. So, in Grande Dunes style, three events were held. The first event, on Thursday, June 8, allowed more than 75 realtors to get their first peek at this exclusive neighborhood.
The second event was even larger. Held the next night, more than 110 guests attended, a convivial mix of residents, potential buyers, invited guests and even the city councilman. Like the previous evening, attendees enjoyed antipasti, Italian-style hors devours, and Italian desserts, all created and prepared by the staff at the Members Club. Not to make you hungry, but choices included delicacies like Parmesan Artichoke Hearts, Spanakopita, assorted artisan cheeses and dry cured meats, and Tenderloin of Beef with Pepper Basil Aioli.
OK, maybe we are trying to make you hungry. But cuisine this exquisite is nothing new to diners at the Members Club (which is one more reason to join).
Of course, Italian beers and wines were also enjoyed on such a lovely evening. And to keep the theme going, the official Open House was held the next morning, with fresh coffee and biscotti available to all.
La Villa Bella. Luxury Living.
The Villa Venezia neighborhood brings a little touch of Tuscany to the Grand Strand. Located “over the bridge” at Grande Dunes, Villa Venezia will feature 53 luxury homes with a decidedly Mediterranean feel. This is luxury living, with magnificent views of the golf course and the Intracoastal Waterway. The model home features an open floor plan, and includes an outdoor kitchen, spacious pool, and Jacuzzi, along with other Italian-inspired features. There are eight floor plans available from Nations Homes II, with homes sizes ranging from 2,500 to 4,400 sq. ft. Prices start in the $500s.
“We are extremely excited to showcase this beautiful property to Myrtle Beach’s luxury buyers. Every aspect of the neighborhood has been well-planned from the land plan to home design and we are thrilled to be a partner in the development. I think the crowd that enjoyed the Model Launch now understands why Villa Venezia is the area’s best-selling luxury neighborhood,” said Ben Guyton, Broker in Charge at Grande Dunes Properties.
Homes in Villa Venezia will be designed and constructed by Nations Homes II. Nations Homes II, based here in Myrtle Beach, has earned a reputation as one of the finest builders in the Carolinas. They are especially well known for creating custom built homes for first-time homebuyers to those looking for a multimillion-dollar estate.
