Living in Grande Dunes has always been about making every day special. I find it very fitting that the year marking our 20th anniversary is the same year that we’re opening up Waterside Pointe, our brand-new premier 55+ community, where every day is fantastic for residents. We’re particularly excited for Waterside Pointe for a number of reasons, and I know that both current Grande Dunes residents and those looking to start a new chapter of their lives will love it.
Waterside Pointe is a brand-new community reserved for residents 55+ located in the southwest side of Grande Dunes, which will expand from 62nd Avenue northward along the Intracoastal Waterway to Grande Dunes Boulevard. It features 47 homesites, many of them waterfront or water view. We’ve partnered with Nations Homes and Carrell Group, some of the areas’ best custom builders to develop Waterside Pointe. They’ve provided incredible craftsmanship and have built gorgeous models to demonstrate what the community should expect in terms of quality and lifestyle.
