Living in Grande Dunes has always been about making every day special. It’s very fitting that as we celebrate the community’s 20th anniversary, we’re opening the custom home models for Waterside Pointe, our brand-new custom home neighborhood reserved for residents 55 and older.
Waterside Pointe is located at the southern point of Marina Village Grande Dunes, which will expand northward along the Intracoastal Waterway. Experience Waterside Pointe
We’re hosting a special model opening for everyone to check out Waterside Pointe for themselves. Our VIP invitation-only opening event is Friday, April 26th and our public opening is Saturday, April 27th from 10 AM – 4 PM.
We’re featuring two single-family, custom home models. The first is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, overlooking docks and still available for purchase with leaseback options. The second is a gorgeous home with a lagoon view and showcases beautiful Lowcountry features.
There will be special giveaways and live entertainment, so be sure to plan to come by. While you’re here, you’ll have access to tour both the Ocean Club and the Del Webb amenity center, so you can see all the fun that comes with life at Waterside Pointe.
Of course, another great way to tour Waterside Pointe is through our Discovery Tours. There are three different programs available, all 3 days and 2 nights, where visitors have the opportunity to experience life at Grande Dunes. Several packages include golfing, theater, boating, dining and, of course, touring the community of your choice alongside one of our real estate agents.
