As you do the Mountain Pose, as shown above, with your feet together, shoulders relaxed, and stretching to the skies, you can enjoy the view from the large veranda overlooking the lush 9th and 18th greens.
The 27,000-square-foot clubhouse is typically an exclusive destination as you finish a round of golf. It’s also a perfect spot to peruse the full-service golf shop or enjoy the luxurious dining areas. Once a week however, it also becomes a mecca for Yoga enthusiasts.
These Grande Dunes residents, below, are perfecting the Seated Twist. It stretches your shoulders, hips and back to increase circulation and tones your core.
