Myrtle Beach, S.C., February 20, 2019 – Grande Dunes Properties, a full service brokerage firm focused on selling Grande Dunes, a 2,200-acre master-planned community, has enhanced their sales team with the addition of Joshua Carter. Joshua began as a sales agent with Grande Dunes Properties in the fall of 2018.
Joshua relocated to the Myrtle Beach area from Vermont in 2012. He has more than a decade’s experience in the construction industry, which is an asset to his real estate clients as he’s able to point out the advantages of a property. He has worked closely with clients in 48 states and enjoys working with clients of differing needs finding them the perfect home.
When he’s not showing properties along the Grand Strand Joshua enjoys walking his Golden Retriever, Titan, along the beach and hanging out at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club.
